Delivery Area

We provide delivery services across Singapore. Contact us for locations requiring special access before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Delivery Timing

Your items will be delivered based on your selected option during checkout. Expedited delivery is within 24 hours, while standard delivery takes up to 3 working days.

Preferred Delivery Date and Time

Our online store does not support selecting preferred delivery dates and times. For assistance with such requests, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees apply to orders under $400 (before GST) and for expedited deliveries. We waive the delivery fee for full-load expedited deliveries.

Delivery Limitations

Items are delivered using a crane lorry to the loading/unloading area at ground level. If no one is available to receive the delivery, goods will be unloaded at the delivery address. For unloading requests, contact us to coordinate.

Liability

Goods will be unloaded at a safe spot at the delivery address. Customers assume responsibility for any risks associated with unloading requests. In such cases, property damage or fines during delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

Night Delivery

We provide night delivery services. Our sales representative will provide information on the night delivery fee and assist with arranging your order.
